About Padel Physiotherapy
Padel asks a lot of the body in a short space: quick lunges, sudden stops, repeated overhead shots and long rallies off the glass. Physiotherapy looks at how your body copes with those demands and what may be limiting you when something starts to hurt.
Through our clinical partner, Doctor St Julian’s Clinic in Malta, physiotherapy starts with an individual assessment rather than a fixed package. Treatment is then adjusted as your recovery progresses.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be injured to see a physiotherapist?
No. Some players book to discuss recurring niggles, movement limits or how to build up their playing load. A physiotherapist can advise whether treatment is needed.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem, how long it has been present and how you respond. Your physiotherapist will discuss a realistic plan after the assessment; no fixed number can be promised in advance.
Who provides physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is provided by Doctor St Julian’s Clinic, where Linda Viktorsson is a physiotherapist. Padel Medical Malta is an independent educational website.
Should I bring anything?
Comfortable clothing and any previous scans or reports are useful. Exact availability, which clinician you see and any test options should be confirmed directly with Doctor St Julian’s Clinic.
PadelPhysioMalta.com provides general educational information about padel, exercise, injury prevention and sports health. It does not replace individual medical diagnosis, assessment or treatment. Persistent, severe or worsening symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, seek appropriate emergency medical care.
